About Us
A grandmother's kitchen. A family's promise. A neighborhood's gathering place.
Her Kitchen Was the Heart of Everything
Gladys' Grille was inspired by the legacy of Jeannica Garmon's grandmother, Gladys Oliver, whose kitchen was the heart of every family gathering. Growing up, Jeannica spent countless hours learning recipes and traditions that turned simple meals into moments of connection and love.
Determined to carry on that spirit, Jeannica opened Gladys' Grille alongside her daughter, Titiana Oliver. As owner and co-owner, they cook side by side, blending family heritage with a passion for soulful, comforting food.
At Gladys' Grille, guests aren't customers — they're family. Every plate that goes out is a tribute to the woman who raised Jeannica on love and cooking.
"I get teary eyed because I'm just like, 'I did it,' you know?" — Jeannica Garmon, Founder
Gladys Oliver always said a prayer before entering her kitchen. That tradition continues every morning at Gladys' Grille — before the first biscuit goes in the oven, before the first customer walks through the door, Grandma's spirit is still present.
"I love just knowing that her name continues." — Titiana Oliver
